I am of the opinion that certain rules should be specified...specifically i am interested in the rules of the Fistful of Frags server. I was playing there an a very suspicious and toxic person asked if racism is allowed in the server and i said no but I couldn't prove that to him cause there was no rules section...

i may have misunderstood you i thought u meant rules like time limit round limit player limit friendly fire etc the servers dont have written rules for public acknowledgment behavioral wise etc. any specific game your curious on behalf of im always willing to look into things
